Healthy = Science Diet
Beneful is the exact opposite of Science Diet!! Also feeding different types of food can affect their digestive tract.
It could just be the change in food. Watch it a couple of days and if no better by Monday take her to the vet or sooner if she gets worse. Is she eating normally?

First of all, you can hardly put beneful in the same category as science diet. Your dog may be suffering from a change of food tummy upset. But if it lasts for more than 24 hours you should see your vet. Your dog will do better if you stick to the science diet and don't go back and forth between foods.
She has to have a time of adjustment. Keeping consistent with the new dog food and (I know its hard) don't give her any human food, no matter how she bats her eyes at you!
I would pick up some i/d® Canine canned food. It is a Prescription Diet so you may have to contact you vet to get it. It is made by Hills so it is a good dog food. I would keep the dog on that for a few days and and then slowly transition it back onto the Science Diet food that you already have. If the "poo" becomes very runny or there is vomiting involved, please contact your vet to schedule an appointment.
Not to worry it's just liquid flatulence, that will clear up after she gets used to the change.
Sounds kind of like when mine would eat grass or eat cat food.

Science diet promoted by your vet promotes this dog food because they get a 40 percent profit on this food.
ANY dog food with corn as an ingrediant is not healthy.
ANYTHING you buy in your local grocery or farm supply is not healthy.

They cost a bit more, but they eat less and poop less, in the long run you will be saving money.

It could be the change in food.as said previously. Or it could be coincidental that the food changed and the dog could be sick. Regardless, make sure that the dog still drinks water, or you will have to keep it hydrated yourself. The runny poo - diarreah can dehydrate the dog.
Take into consideration the age of the dog, the exposure to other pets, although, some illnesses are airborn, the immunizations, and whether the dog is getting worse or better.
If the dog gets worse, throwing up, not keeping water down, then odds are it's sick. We just had a sick dog and if it's something that is in the digestive system the websites listed below can help. They offer a herbal tea recipe and info on keeping the dog hydrated, helps with upset tummy including diarreah. Look under the Parvo self help guide, as it offers help with digestive issues not limited to Parvo. This website does sell things, but they are incredibly helpful for free as well!
Otherwise, I'd just wait and see if things clear up.
You could go to a half and half of the old and new food to see if that helps. Especially if you made the change quickly. Also, Immodium and Pepto are rumored to be safe to use in dogs..but I would look those up via internet first.
