we have antibiotics and the vet gave me the shampoo and everything for it they took blood and checked for worms which he is good and started heart worm preventative gave 7 way and rabies shots but he seems to be very under the whether this morning.Is this a normal thing to happen or could he be allergic to something?

If you look up and read the label on any vaccine, it says that it should only be given to healthy animals. Your dog isn't healthy and the vet should not have given shots until he is!
Vaccinations can cause a dog to not feel well for a few days. He already didn't feel good, so it's no wonder he's under the weather today!
We'll first, if u just took you dog to the vet, it may be some of the side effects of either the antibiotics or the shampoo u r using. And if not, dogs r like people, sometimes they just don't feel well either. To make sure u might wanna call your vet and check with them.
Some dog get a little sick from shots and give it a few days if not any better call the vet.
Well most dogs that are given certain kinds of medication do tend to vomit or are just not as active as should be,it's normally them getting used to it, as any adult might, but if this last for more than 4 days, you should take him back to the vet.
