Bring him to the emergency vet hospital.
You need to report this to the police, or animal control. Whoever answers the phone first! These dogs need to be collected, and held until rabies tests can be performed, and the owners contacted.
IMMEDIATE medical care, and go through your local law enforcement agency to prosecute the owners of the dogs if they can be found, demand the police/animal control people find these vicious dogs and handle them. It could be a child who is attacked next.
it just depends of what kind of dogs attacked him or haw serious his wounds are. but you can cry like a little ** or take him to a vet.
First make sure your dog is taken to the hospital, they are open all night in some areas, travel if you need to.
second call animal control, if the dogs are still on the lose they will need to catch them and if they are not and you know who the owners are you need to get them to pay if it was there fault.

I hate to point out the obvious but call the police. If a pack of six dogs are running around attacking other dogs that's a huge problem. And though I feel horrible for your pup, the next thing that pack is going to attack is a kid or a person. When this happens every one of those dogs because they're prolly strays will be put to sleep. Call the police before this happens. Inform the proper athorities if you already haven't.
If you're walking your dog alone (which you shouldn't if this is happening) don't walk near the pack's "territory" you'll prevoke another attack. And because your pup will try to protect you he will get hurt again. If you still run into the dogs. Get to the closest house or yard or shed or some where you can get you and your dog to safety and call for help.

Perhaps your dog did or said something to instigate the attack. Does your dog have a "smart mouth"? That will surely get him into trouble with the other dogs. Or is your dog a bookish, nerdy, or effeminate type? That too will ensure that the other dogs in the neighborhood pick on him.
Teach your dog how to defend himself against bullies.

i would hope that you've already taken the dog for medical care. if not, that should be done.yesterday.
then, report the incident. other than that, i don't know what else could be done, unless you know the owners of the other dogs. that might give you more leverage to get the issue cared for.
