my dog fell, now follows me and cries should i be worried or is it that she is tired?

Depending on how far she fell and how she landed, did she hit her head? If she has a concussion she should not sleep! Sounds like she hurt herself though. I would take her to the vet to be safe. I think you should be worried. Dogs don't cry for no reason. Please take her to the vet or at least call the vet for their advice. Dogs can get hurt easier than you might think and normally don't cry. If she is crying it must really hurt her. Good luck to you and your dog.
