my dog got hit by a car about 24 hrs go anybody have any ideas to give him for pain?

take your dog to a vet! Your dog could have internal injuries that could be life threatening or a broken bone you don't know about. Please get your dog in to see a vet.

He needs to see a vet immediately. He could have internal injuries and bleed to death while you hang around thinking about giving him aspirin or something.

When he is treated he will also be given something for pain.

You should not give him anything for pain. Chances are it won't digest if he will even eat. You need to take him to a vet ASAP to check for internal damage %26 put on IV. Most times when dogs get hit their injuries are not visable from the outside. They make look fine but they are not. Please take him to a vet. If money is the problem, try calling different ones %26 explain your situation. Keep calling until you find someone willing to help.
