My dog got in the fridge and ate uncooked sausage. What can happen to him?

Answers:
Likely some very messy stools, but if he is a medium sized or larger dog he should be fine..He may have gas, and a lot of tummy growling..Don't worry about parasites or disease..there hasn't been a report of finding trichinosis in uncooked commercially grown pork in 20 years..
nothing will happen to him. if he ate too much he may throw up, but its not dangerous
Food poisoning, vomiting.
Constult a vet as soon as possible.
He might get some running poop or might throw it all up . Dogs have strong stomachs nothing to worry about. Jeez he wont get food poison and no need to call the vet unless in 24 hrs you see something different in him.
Well gosh, if your dog knows how to open the fridge, and has fridge privileges, please cook the sausage for him next time.
He will appreciate it.
He might have diarrhea from the episode of devouring raw sausage, but should be OK.
As long as it wasn't spoiled, he'll be fine, but keep an eye on him. He could experience loose stools and vomiting from the grease and that will be normal, but he shouldn't run a high fever or become lethargic. If he does, then he's contracted some kind of food poisoning and you should get him to the vet quickly.
How did your dog get in the fridge anyway? I don't think nothings wrong with it since dog's immune systems are way stronger than ours. Just keep your eye on him, and see if he throws up or anything and then you should call a vet.
Nothing
It depends on the dog, not the breed or size. Some dogs can handle foods like that just fine. Some dogs get sick, vomiting, diarrhea, gas, etc. It all just depends on the dog. You should know within 24-48hrs how your dog will be affected. If your dog gets sick call the vet and get him in. Everything will be just fine one way or another.
Dogs are known for eating feces. I doubt the sausage will hurt him.
He will now become a sausage dog!
Worst case: diarrhea, maybe vomiting. Dog's are made to eat raw meat. Don't worry about anything, but watch his stool. Anything beyond diarrhea, report it to your vet.
he'll get the runs!
Nothing will happen. It's a dog, they'll eat dead, rotting animals if you let them. They were made that way.
Dogs are gifted with virtually an iron gut. My dog has eaten some things that I thought would be the death of him, yet, after a few sessions of gas clouds from hell and dragging his butt around the yard, he has always been ok. I would say expect gas, runs, maybe vomit (make sure he does not re- eat it if he does vomit) but he should be ok, lots of water, regular dry food. If he becomes lethargic or seems to be having excessive problems resulting from this, then see the vet. 2 days- he should be fine! Take care! (and get a child proof fridge lock!)
nothing will happen. they eat uncooked thing when they live in the wild. As long as it was not poisons he should be find. he will poop up everything he eats.
how in the world did the dog get in the fridge..well anyway it is not good i have been told for a animal to eat raw food.i know many that does this and they have had to take their animal to the vet for worms and other sicknesses..if i were you i would just try and make sure he does not get into the fridge again..if he gets sick you may want to call the vet at least and see what they say.
He might get healthier. I've been feeding my dog naturally for about 5 years now with no problem. (Raw meat, raw bones, veggies, dairy.) As everyone has already said, you may see some digestive upset due to sudden change in diet. He'll probably be totally fine. Dogs can easily ingest bacteria that would be harmful to humans, for examply, salmonella doesn't phase them at all. In fact, they can make use of certain bacteria to aid in digestion, which is one of the reasons they dig up and munch away on things that have been rotting.
nothing really they will just like it and want more
