my daughter constantly calls our cat an oyster what should I do?

She is an odd child but why an oyster? Oh why?
Answers:
laugh. I did when I read about it!! haha. great kid :) they say the most wonderful things, don't they!
grow up.
feed her oysters untill she calls cats cats. if that does not work slap her.
SHE IS A CHILD! What did you expect? GROW UP!
What's the problem? I call my Lab "fuzz nuttz, bunion head."
buy her a pet oyster, nix the cat, problem solved
Has the cat complained? Show her a real oyster and say "This is an oyster"
Who cares? besides shes a child and the cat probably doesn't care either
haha thats funny but you should just constantly tell her that is not an oyster thats a cat my child used to do the same thing she called a dog a tiger for months but I just constantly told her no firmly and told her the right things like 10 times a days and she got rid of the habit in 2 weeks.
my problem is a lot worse: my daughter calls my dog a poopyhead
Don't worry about it.
She's a kid, who knows what goes on in the minds of children.
You'll laugh about it in later years.
I guess you could get some Tabasco sauce and see if she is right. You never know, you could have been told all your life that an oyster was a cat and you would be none the wiser. If she slides down easy, you know that you have an oyster, if you get a mouth full of fur and claws, you have a cat!
maybe that what she wants to call it. mine called hers string bean. So who is to know so I know have a 16 yr old string bean.
ok first things first. do not slap her. that is eveil. I don't really see how it is hurting anyone. but if it is really bothering you, try to teach her to call the cat cat. or the cats name.
HAHA! oh my! that's so cute!
maybe you could name the cat Oyster!
Change your dog's name to oyster
the same reason my son said he needed chocolate milk because his armpits stink.he's 7 and his armpits don't stink..lol.
